Binge

I was thinking the other day about my so-called needs, like I must have coffee in the morning, or I must check my Facebook. Then I started expanding this thought. America is a binge nation on every level.

Money (insert deficit here)
Food (refer to Fast Food Nation)
Alcohol (Alcoholics Anonymous, Mothers Against Drunk Driving...the list goes on)
Drugs (prescribed and illegal)
Sex/Sexuality (a multi-billion dollar industry based on whoring oneself, potentially contracting venereal disease, addictions among the masses, a distorted human image, and an excuse for Paris Hilton to increase her fan base aka pornography)
Energy (hello global warming, goodbye natural resources)
Relationships (obviously not everyone falls into this category, but you know who you are; dating is so overrated)
