Renewal

I don't think I've felt this cleansed in my entire life. My prayers for this weekend were answered at a level far beyond my expectancy. Friday night was perhaps the pinnacle of my encounter with God. All I can say is never before have I experienced a tear-flow fueled on an emotional spectrum ranging from sorrow to immense joy. Have you ever wailed before? And I'm not just simply referring to sobbing, but an intense, fervent cry involving every ounce of your body. That's pretty much how I felt with respect to a lack of words. The rest of the weekend was equally incredible on various levels. These past couple of days served as an eternal remedy for I now know yet another taste of God's amazing ways.

My eyes are opened. My heart is replenished. This time has truly been confirming and encouraging. Once I arrived home, I discovered my parents and grandma ever so graciously restored my room, fresh paint and all. I couldn't help but feel such symbolism with what God had sealed for this weekend. Mighty renewal.
