Why do I find myself awake at this ungodly hour? It's even more so puzzling when I realize my dental appointment is at 9 am. If only I had the ability to remain awake into the wee hours of the morning on a consistent basis, then and only then will I achieve manageable insomnia. All I have to say is, thank God for rest! My bed beckons.
