Moving on Up

As mentioned in my latest post, I won't be crashing any classes this semester and it gets even better. The art history major used to require Art 158 as part of the major-prep however that's all changed due to a lack of teachers for it. What's great is now I can finally start my upper-division classes and I'll be doing just that. I'm registered for Art 565 which is art of Japan. If it's not the class that excites me, it's the professor. Dr. Hiroko Johnson was my professor last semester for an art history class and she will once again enhance my learning experience. I'm pretty sure I'll be considered the minority in this class, but no worries here :]

If all goes to plan and granted I pass my classes then I will officially be finished with general ed! God is good. So far today has been good too. I purchased a new pair of Vans which I might add are meeting attire approved! Originally these cuties were sighted at the SFO airport on my way to Japan. There was this girl ever so stylishly sporting them with some leggings and I immediately fell in love. Ever since then, my mind was made. Well I'm currently at work trying to kill some time, but I suppose there isn't much more to say for now!

Until next time...
